It is by far the largest condominium in the city, and because of that scale the entry prices are the lowest of any beach-road address: small studios from about 30 sqm up to combined units of 120 sqm and more.
Each block has its own pool and the estate has shops, restaurants, laundries and a minimart inside the grounds, so day-to-day life needs no transport. Finishes vary from original 1993 to fully renovated, which is why we inspect every unit ourselves.
